Description and features
It looks like a herbaceous and erect stem plant, 15 to 80 cm tall, with bright green leaves, slightly triangular in shape, with jagged edges, which can be flat or curled depending on the variety. It is perennial if spontaneous, but only biennial if cultivated.
The harvest takes place during the hot season. Its active principle, also common to all other herbaceous plants, is represented by essential oils, which give it its particular perfume.
